thehalloweenparty: The Color-Changing Martini - Chop a cabbage leaf, put in bowl and add boiling water, allowing color to seep into water. Add a tsp. of cabbage water to a martini glass. Add a very small amount of baking soda, until the water turns blue. Add gin and vermouth. When serving, add a chunk of dry ice and the pale blue will change to purple.
